💌 A Love Letter to My Body
This morning, I caught myself sighing at the fridge, asking, “Do I really have the energy for this today?” But instead of spiraling into old talk, I paused. I remembered: my body has never given up on me — and I refuse to give up on her.
I confess I haven’t always cared for her the way she deserved. I skipped rest, withheld protein, ignored hydration, and even looked at my scars with shame. But she was faithful. She carried me. And now I see those scars as proof — I am alive to heal, alive to create new marks if I choose. Good scars. Sacred scars.
Today, I live by a vow: If you don’t give up on me, I will not give up on you.
Every bite, sip, and breath is a thank-you. Every stretch, every rest, every boundary with who I allow in my space is a prayer. My mind, too, is part of this temple — and I nourish it with wisdom, philosophy, and rituals handed down long before my time.
This body is my shelter, my altar, my safe place. My senses, my energy, my joy — all are housed here. The Universal Law of Correspondence whispers: as within, so without. When I honor this inner world, my outer world responds.
GLP-1 is simply one of the gifts supporting me — slowing digestion, steadying blood sugar, giving my body room to show me her true power. But the deeper gift is awareness: to notice, to honor, to live in gratitude for this extraordinary vessel.
✨ If you’re ready to honor your body not with punishment, but with love — I shared a protein-packed recipe guide + gentle movement ideas on the blog. Small, simple ways to embody gratitude, today.
