But here’s the truth I want you to hold close: Your body isn’t stuck. You’re in process.
This moment of pause? It’s part of your transition, your body recalibrating, releasing what it no longer needs. It’s not a failure. It’s a sign your healing is real and happening beneath the surface.
Instead of fighting the stall or berating yourself, take a deep breath. Pause. Be present where you are right now.
Look in the mirror and say, “I love you.” Every inch of you — every curve, every line — deserves your love and kindness. You are not less worthy because the numbers aren’t moving.
Remember: the stall doesn’t mean you’re back at the beginning. You’re not starting over. You’re in process. This is a powerful place to be — where transformation is brewing quietly, patiently.
When your body pauses, it’s processing. It’s healing. It’s preparing for the next step.
I know how easy it is to fall into negative self-talk: “I knew this wouldn’t work.” “My body is broken.” “I’m just stuck.”
Stop. Don’t feed those thoughts. Instead, speak to yourself with the love and compassion you deserve.
