Refunds & Returns Policy – GLP-1 Health Hub

At GLP-1 Health Hub, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Please read our policy carefully as it differs for digital products and print-on-demand (POD) merchandise.

Digital Products

All digital products (ebooks, guides, or downloadable resources) are final sale. Due to their nature, we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been purchased and delivered.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Print-On-Demand Merchandise (Tees, Apparel, & Other POD Items)

Our merchandise is fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand provider. Please note:

  • Each item is made to order.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or color preferences.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at [email protected].
  • You will be required to provide a photo of the damaged/defective item and your order number.

Refund Process:

  • Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred for returning defective items.
  • Shipping fees for non-defective items are non-refundable.
  • For safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Personalized Items

Items that are personalized or custom-made are non-refundable unless they arrive defective. Please confirm all customization details before placing your order.
